Because Adam & Kizzie both showed extraordinary skills in music at young ages, they were enrolled in an arts school where they both became close friends. After the onset of adulthood, however, their paths separated. Each set out traveling the world: Adam sharing his gift on the piano; Kizzie performing on stage. Thirteen years later, their journeys recrossed. In the midst of rekindling an old friendship, an unexpected romance brewed and the two were later married.
Adam & Kizzie joined together on a mission to give music their absolute best. Their music is a genuine and truthful blend of their many favorite genres. Without a specific box to pin their music to, they are now affectionately known as The Originators of EEDO, their own non-genre genre.
After winning 3rd place in Usher's 2017 MEGASTAR Talent Competition, the couple went back on tour to promote their third album, The Book of EEDO Vol. 3: THREEDO, which was released June 2018. Their hit song, from the THREEDO album, 'Breathless', is currently one of the featured songs on NPR's national Heavy Rotation playlist.
Adam & Kizzie can also be heard on musical projects including J.Lee The Producer's newly released album Music Box, Ohmega Watts' album Pieces of a Dream, the Support Local Heroes: Vol. 1 benefit album produced to aid victims affected in the 2013 Oklahoma tornado disaster, and more.
Since premiering the official music video for their hit song, ‘Train’, it has been awarded the official Short Film selection at the 2015 deadCenter Film Festival and OKC Black History Month Film Festival. They have shared the stage with such rising musical stars as The Jonathan Scales Fourchestra, The Funky Knuckles, KNOWER, Sean C. Johnson and many more.
With his magic fingers, her melodic voice, and a unique sound, Adam & Kizzie have set out on the road to share the gift of music in the best way their hearts know how…The EEDO way. To learn more, visit www.adamandkizzie.com
